Data Protection - Credit Search Clause - Credit Account Customers
Envirotec Industries UK or its subsidiaries or agent may make a search with a credit reference agency on both your company and in respect of its principle directors. A record of such a search may be retained and the information contained within it may be shared with other businesses as is necessary for the performance of this contract. By entering into this agreement you are providing your consent to such information being retained and processed in such a manner.
Delivery options
We offer two options for delivery Royal Mail second class (economy) or courier, you will have a choice of which to choose from if your order is under 2kg. If the order is above 2kg then courier is the only option, unless you contact us prior to dispatch we will select from our range of couriers the best option for your order. Small packages that select courier will either be sent by courier or Royal Mail 1st class. This will depend on the day of week we receive the order as courier companies charge substantially more for a Saturday AM delivery whereas Royal Mail do not. If your order is urgent we recommend that you contact us prior to dispatch so that we can advise accordingly. Courier deliveries are normally next day with the exception of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Mann.
Orders lost by courier
In the interest of all buyers honourable or otherwise, we aim to protect all buyers likewise which ever option they choose to pay be it Bank transfer, Debit/Credit card or Paypal. Therefor any claim of non delivery will be dealt with in one of two ways: (1) Selecting Royal Mail second class in the checkout process, (this is lesser expensive option and covers the basic cost of delivery) Please be aware in the rare event of a package becoming misplaced whilst in transit you will have no right to make a claim for compensation from Envirotec Industries. We will produce proof of postage to you and your course for compensation when selecting this method of delivery will be directly to Royal Mail, the maximum amount of compensation is £46.00. (2) Selecting delivery by courier, this is usually selected for larger orders over 2 kg and is usually next day delivery (providing the order is placed by 12 noon) This is with the exception of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Mann. In the event of an order becoming misplaced whilst in transit, Envirotec Industries will replace the order within 3 days of being notified by the customer. Any claim of a refund via third parties (credit card/Paypal) which result in funds being removed from our bank, the outstanding funds will be recovered directly from the person making the original order.
Refunds & Returns
Occasionally mistakes can happen, you may order the wrong product or change your mind about a purchase, if this happens then please inform us either immediately by email. Once we dispatch your order any mistakes made by Envirotec Industries will be rectified free of charge to the customer. When a customer orders incorrectly or changes their mind, the order can be returned within 7 days and providing it is in the undamaged original packaging. A request to return goods must be made by email to Envirotec Industries no later than 3 days following delivery. You will be sent instructions on how and where to return your order. Once we receive your returns providing the goods are intact you will receive your refund. NOTE you will not receive the full purchase amount, we will deduct the cost of carriage and the debit card charge made by our card merchant. This does not apply to damaged goods that are received in a damaged state, these are either replaced or refunded in full. Orders placed through this store require immediate payment. Once payment is made either by Paypal or Debit card, that payment is instant. Our debit card merchant charge us £3.75 per transaction. Refunds made through no fault of Envirotec Industries will be less this charge as the merchant does not refund our fees on cancelled transactions.
